NOTE: To hack a terminal - make sure you read all the pages, the ring around the screen will turn RED then it will goto another bit of information. Read that and keep going till you can't get anything else out of it. Then you are done with that Terminal. Took me 3 trys to figure this out. You can hack in any order, you don't have to start from the first of the mission. Good Luck! You'll Need It!!!
The IWHBYD skull appears in the “Covenant” level toward the end, in the room where you finally take down the Prophet (i.e. after killing the two Scarabs in the snow). Basically, you’ve got to jump through the 7 rings of light in a very particular order to unlock it. We highly suggest that you play from mission start, kill the prophet, then go back through to wipe out the Flood. This will make the going much easier.
Once you’ve fully cleared out the rooms, you need to hop through the rings in order. The ring closest to the entrance is number 1 and the one closest to the Prophet is number 7. This is the order you need to hop through them:
